You can choose from the following four themes:

Target group : From 6th year of primary school up to 3rd grade of secondary education
This will take place at the Colruyt Group Technics & Engineering buildings in Hellebroek where we will introduce you to our various technical services.
Through our technical totem, you will learn to build an electrical and even a pneumatic circuit together with a coach!

Target group : 2nd stage of secondary education up to and including higher education
During this visit to Colruyt Group Technics & Engineering, you will get a tour of the technical workshops, with special attention to the electrical aspects of our installations and activities. In addition, you will get to work yourself in an interactive VR workshop, where you learn how electrical faults are detected and solved in a virtual environment. A unique combination of technology, practice and innovation.
We finish off with a drink to go with your own packed lunch.

Target group : university colleges and university
This will continue at the Colruyt Group Food Production site at Stroppen where we will introduce you to our HVAC installations. We will conclude with a drink and your own packed lunch.

Target group : Secondary education and higher education
We start at the Colruyt Group Technics & Engineering buildings in Hellebroek where we also take on the 'win the wind challenge'. Afterwards, we walk to our largest logistics centre in Halle where we pay an experiential visit to our wind turbines, solar panels and hydrogen installations. We conclude in Hellebroek with a drink and your own packed lunch.

Target group: 2nd stage of secondary education up to and including higher education
We start in the buildings of Colruyt Group Technics & Engineering at Hellebroek in Halle. There, you will first follow an instructive workshop in this theme. Afterwards, you walk to our largest logistics centre in Halle, where you will be immersed in a number of impressive automations.
We finish off with a drink at Hellebroek to go with your own packed lunch.
What can you expect?
You come to Halle where you get a short introduction from a Colruyt Group Technics & Engineering employee. Then we start with an exciting workshop according to the chosen theme. To finish off, we provide a guided tour of our technical workshops or one of our distribution centres, always with a focus on technology in retail.
We are happy to welcome you with a meaningful activity on the theme of technology or energy so you can discover what technology is like at Colruyt Group.
How long?
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a drink with your own packed lunch.
