Through consultations or in the Yoboo app , customers receive advice on building small sustainable habits that contribute to a healthier lifestyle. Together, they create a personalised programme built around six key health pillars: physical activity, sleep, sugar intake, gut health, stress management and exposure to harmful substances. The programme also takes into account the individual's available time, level of motivation and personal priorities. The objective? More energy!

Lifestyle advice through your local pharmacy

Yoboo believes a pharmacy should be more than a place to collect medication. Pharmacists know their customers well and are ideally positioned to provide accessible, trusted lifestyle advice. With this philosophy in mind, Yoboo opened its first own lifestyle pharmacy in Antwerp in March 2026. Pharmacies that become Yoboo partners receive the tools they need to develop this coaching role, including measuring equipment, the Yoboo app, an online dashboard and an innovative range of para-pharmaceutical products, supplements and self-testing solutions.

Tailored health programmes for businesses

Businesses can turn to Yoboo for a structured approach to employee wellbeing. This makes workplace health measurable and manageable. Employees participate in a health scan that combines physical measurements with surveys. Employers receives a report containing insights and recommendations and can choose to implement a customised programme featuring individual or group coaching. Employees receive a personal report and support in developing and implementing a personal action plan, focused on nutrition, physical activity and recovery.
