Culinoa
Culinoa helps residential care homes and other healthcare organisations improve the management of their kitchens and meal services through expert advice, training, recipes and software support. Our ambition is clear: to make every meal a delicious, high-quality experience.
A partner in meal services
Culinoa combines culinary expertise with an in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector. A team of culinary advisers supports chefs and kitchen staff in residential care homes and other healthcare organisations to manage their meal services more efficiently, improve taste and presentation, and enhance the overall dining experience. Together, they develop healthy and flavourful meal plans tailored to residents' needs, while also providing guidance on ingredients and recipes. There is no need to outsource catering, as each healthcare organisation remains fully in control of its own kitchen and meal offering.
Training and expertise
Chefs and kitchen staff benefit from Culinoa's many years of experience in the healthcare sector. They can attend training courses on topics such as nutrition for older adults, restaurant service, food presentation and kitchen maintenance.
We continuously strengthen this culinary expertise in collaboration with the Smart Gastronomy Lab at the University of Gembloux. Together, we explore new ways to further improve the taste and quality of our recipes.
Culinoa-app: digital kitchen management
Culinoa developed the Culinoa app, a digital management tool for large-scale kitchens in healthcare organisations. The application helps chefs and kitchen managers manage orders, costs and kitchen processes more efficiently, allowing them to focus even more on quality.
