We ask all our suppliers to respect our Code of Conduct. To identify risks in high-risk countries even more effectively, we launched a pilot project in 2023 focusing on direct worker reporting with our partner &Wider. 

Together with our South African fruit suppliers, we survey employees directly about their working conditions. This gives us unique, first-hand insights into their experiences and helps us to make targeted refinements to our due diligence system.
