The Integration alliance (De Integratie alliantie) is a partnership between the Flemish government and twelve pioneering companies, including Colruyt Group. The alliance focuses on strengthening language and integration in the workplace, with the aim of building inclusive workplaces. This aligns with Colruyt Group’s conviction that diversity is a strength and that investing in language helps employees to participate fully. 

The participating organisations share their experiences and good practices to inspire other employers to build an inclusive working environment. The initiative supports companies with practical guidance, training, coaching and a digital platform with tools and knowledge sharing. By investing in language support and an inclusive HR policy, the alliance aims to make the labour market more accessible to newcomers, make better use of talent and at the same time contribute to stronger teams, sustainable employment and a future-oriented labour market.
