Degrenne Distribution

Degrenne Distribution operates in the north-west of France and the Ile-de-France region, where it supplies some 1,800 convenience stores with dry, fresh and frozen products. These are shops of affiliated formulas Episervice and Vivéco as well as shops with a Coccimarket and Coccinelle sign.

The distribution company was acquired by Colruyt Group in mid-2023. Its activities are perfectly complementary to those of Codifrance, with which the group already operates in the French wholesale market. Together, the two companies will be able to create plenty of synergies, first and foremost in purchasing and logistics. The acquisition offers potential for interesting developments in the French convenience store market in the coming years.

Degrenne Distribution realises annual sales of around 110 million euros, employs some 140 people and has a distribution centre in Villers-Boccage (near Caen), a dispatch centre in Pontoise (near Paris) and its own fleet.
